Event Overview

The 62nd Tom Scott Memorial Road Races will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Strathclyde Park in Motherwell. The event features two races: a 10-mile championship and a Round the Loch race. Both races will start at 10am.

Location

The event will be held at the Water Sports Centre in Strathclyde Park, Motherwell (postcode ML1 3ED). Race numbers will be distributed by post before the event.

Races and Entry

There are two race options:

  • 10 Mile: This race is the host of the Scottish 10 Mile Championships. The minimum age for entry is 17 years old on the day of the race. The entry fee is £18 for Scottish Athletics members and £20 for non-members.
  • Round the Loch: This is a shorter race of roughly 6 kilometers. The minimum age for entry is 13 years old on the day of the race. The entry fee is £13 for Scottish Athletics members and £15 for non-members.
