Race timing uses chip-on-bib technology with instant results. Every finisher receives a MoRun medal and a finisher headband; additional spot-prize medals are awarded for categories such as best dressed and fastest moustache. Drinks and sweets are available at the finish area. Toilets are provided within the event hub. Bag storage is available next to registration but space is limited.
The event hub is located near the People’s Palace, down from Nelson’s Column on Glasgow Green. Registration collection is required on the day and competitors receive a race number, timing chip and safety pins at registration. The course is mainly on paths, flat, dog friendly, and suitable for buggy running and wheelchairs. The 5k is one lap, the 10k is two laps, and the half marathon includes an initial 1.1k loop followed by four full laps. Marshals are positioned around the course and participants should remain on the left unless directed otherwise. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
