Event Overview
MoRunning Glasgow is a communal running event held at Glasgow Green to support the Movember charity, which focuses on men's health initiatives including mental health and cancer awareness. The event hub is located near the People's Palace, accessible from Nelson's Column. The course consists primarily of flat paths and is open to participants using buggies or wheelchairs. Dogs are also permitted to join runners on the course.
The event features specialized timing systems that provide both gun times and net chip times for all participants. Runners receive a dedicated headband upon arrival at registration and a unique finisher medal after crossing the line. Additional awards are presented for various categories, including fastest finishers and best costumes.

- 10 km (Two laps of the course)
- 21.1 km (Half Marathon consisting of an initial 1.1 km loop followed by four full laps)
Facilities and Logistics
The event provides on-site registration where participants collect their race numbers, timing chips, and safety pins. A bag storage area is situated next to the registration tents, though space is limited. Toilet facilities are available within the event hub. At the finish line, the organizers provide water, sweets, and snacks. Marshals are stationed throughout the course to assist runners as they navigate the public park grounds.
