TMC A-Mountain race day in Tucson
This event day at 267 S Avenida Del Convento in Tucson, AZ offers four running options on and around A-Mountain and the Santa Cruz Riverpath on October 18, 2026. The half-marathon circles the summit of A-Mountain and includes an out-and-back section along the Santa Cruz Riverpath.
Distances offered:
- 13.1 Miles Half-Marathon circling A-Mountain plus out-and-back on Santa Cruz Riverpath
- 4 Miles Four-Miler route circling the top of A-Mountain
- 1 Mile Run Tucson Family Mile for ages 13 and up
- 1 Mile SAR FitKidz Free Mile for children 12 and under
Base registration fees listed are $60 for the half-marathon, $40 for the four-miler, $5 for the family mile, and free for the SAR FitKidz mile. The first 1,000 combined registrants in the half and four-miler are guaranteed a technical race shirt and a souvenir coaster medallion.
Age group awards include gift certificates to The Running Shop and prize money is offered for top finishers. The half-marathon has a four hour time limit and the Tucson Police Department may require participant pick-up for public safety reasons. The event is part of the SAR Running Shop Grand Prix and the Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown, raising funds for BEYOND-Tucson.
