Titan Brecon Middle Distance Triathlon
Titan Brecon Middle Distance Triathlon takes place on 12th June 2027 at Parc Bryn Bach on the edge of the Brecon Beacons in Wales. The swim is held in the park lake, which is fed by waters from the Black Mountains.
Distances:
- 1.2 mile one-lap swim
- 60 mile bike
- 13.1 mile three-lap run
The bike course uses quiet roads and tours the Brecon Moors before finishing with a sustained climb back to transition. The run is traffic-free and laps the lake and park, making the route visible for spectators. An Aquabike option and relay entries are available.
Race services include chip timing with splits and run laps, a King/Queen of the Mountain on the bike, medals and T-shirts for finishers, on-site catering, toilets and showers, sports massage, and event photography. There are two feed stations on the bike route and three feed stations per run lap.
Competitors must arrive at transition with a working front light and rear light fitted to their bike and a jacket to wear on the bike; temperatures on race mornings have been as low as 6 degrees Celsius. There are no official section cut offs, though competitors are generally expected to be close to finishing within 8.5 hours. Klarna is offered as a payment option.
