Tissington Trail Marathon
The Tissington Trail Marathon is a picturesque race through the Derbyshire countryside, following a former railway line from Ashbourne to Buxton. The 13-mile route is traffic-free and slightly downhill on the way back, making it suitable for both experienced and first-time marathon runners. The course gently climbs uphill towards Parsley Hay before turning around for a fast 13.1-mile downhill finish.
