Timothy Murphy 10K Run/Walk for the Environment : October 10, 2026
The Timothy Murphy 10K Run/Walk for the Environment is scheduled for October 10, 2026 and runs between Fultonham and Middleburgh, New York. The course begins at Max V. Shaul State Park, follows the Timothy Murphy Trail along State Route 30, and finishes on Main Street in downtown Middleburgh during the Fall Festival Parade and Oktoberfest.
The route is reported as mostly flat to slightly downhill with a few short uphill sections. Water stations are provided at miles 2 and 4. The course is point to point; no transportation is provided from the finish back to the start.
Transportation and parking logistics include a complimentary pre-race bus departing Middleburgh High School with limited seating, free parking at Middleburgh High School, the adjacent municipal lot, and the Valley Soccer Complex about one third of a mile from the start, and permitted drop-offs at the start area with the restriction that vehicles may not remain at the park after the race begins.
Registration is online only with an early-bird pricing period through September 14 and standard pricing from September 15 through October 9. Early-bird and standard entry fee tiers are listed by age group. Registrants who complete registration by September 15 receive a race T-shirt. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
