Race logistics, awards and policies
In-person registrations for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon include a custom bib, designer shirt, and custom finisher medal, plus chip timing with live results, free photos, and finish-line snacks. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed; the kid’s dash is for ages 10 and under and includes youth-sized swag. Age-group awards for timed events include overall male and female, masters (40+), and top three in standard age brackets from 10 & under through 80+. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet; virtual times and photos can be uploaded. Bodies Race Company maintains a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and will be canceled only if the venue requires it or if ice hazards exist.
