Hometown Half Marathon & 5k/10k - Cincinnati
The Hometown Half Marathon & 5k/10k is a local running event held in Cincinnati, Ohio. The event features several participation options on a single day, catering to different distance preferences and age groups. Participants can choose between various road race distances:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10k (6.2 miles)
- 5k (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile
- Kid's Dash
The Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k races are chip-timed with live results and awards provided. The Half Marathon distance specifically includes pacers to assist runners. The 1 Mile event and the Kid's Dash, which is intended for children aged 10 and under, are untimed.
All registered participants receive a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. To guarantee a shirt, registration must be completed by midnight two Thursdays prior to the race date. Youth-based pricing is available for participants aged 12 and under in the 5k and 10k categories. Children may participate in the Kid's Dash for free if they do not require the event shirt and medal.
Additional event features include free photos and food at the finish line. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual race option allows for participation from any location.
