Time Travel Half-Marathon / 5K / 10K : Colorado Springs
The Time Travel event takes place on January 31, 2027, at Goose Gossage Park in Colorado Springs. The event uses a Prehistoric Park theme and offers multiple on-site and virtual participation options.
Distances offered include:
- Half Marathon 13.1 miles
- 10K 6.2 miles
- 5K 3.1 miles
- 1 Mile
- Kid's Dash ~100 meters
- Virtual event
- Volunteer then Run 5K
Race registrations include event-specific items: most distances include a custom bib and a super soft tee; several distances include an awesome finisher medal and distance pins (13.1 and 10k noted). The kid's dash is an untimed short dash for children age 10 and under and includes a mini bib, youth-sized t-shirt, and a kid's dash pin; children who do not want the event swag may run without receiving the packet.
The virtual event packets are mailed the Tuesday after the event and include a digital bib, a super soft tee, and a finisher medal. Virtual entries do not qualify for age group awards; virtual times can be submitted to the virtual leaderboard and photos can be uploaded to the participant photo album.
A Volunteer then Run 5K option combines volunteer duties at packet pickup with running and later assistance handing out finisher medals and age group awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
