Timberview Trail Run - Lory State Park, Colorado
The Timberview Trail Run is an annual trail race held at Lory State Park in Bellvue, Colorado. The 2027 edition is the eighth running of the event and takes place on dirt trails with views of Horsetooth Reservoir, Fort Collins and the foothills.

- 10 mile (double loop of the 5 mile course)
- 5 mile
- 5K
The 5K is described as an easier introduction to trail running and is noted as beginner friendly and suitable for children. The 5 mile course uses more technical trails with additional turns and greater elevation gain. The 10 mile course follows two laps of the 5 mile route. Course layouts and alternate wet-weather routes are provided so athletes can become familiar with race day options. Athletes are responsible for knowing the course.
All distances pass the same aid stations. Cups of water, fuel and electrolyte drink are provided; cups are 100% biodegradable. Aid stations also include dog water bowls. The event is USATF sanctioned and listed as a 100% plant based event.
Logistics and participant items: parking can be limited and a parking pass may be required; volunteers assist with parking and certain parking restrictions apply. Bib pickup is available the day before and on race morning; photo ID is required by USATF rules and minors must have a parent or guardian present. Every athlete receives an event shirt, finisher medal, race bib, free event photos, post-race food and drinks, and professional chip timing.
