Game Mechanics and Course Details

Examples of these games include rolling a six-sided die with X and O markings, choosing between hidden objects in a volunteer's hands, or a coin flip. The participant always plays as "O" while the course volunteer manages the "X" marks. Volunteers are instructed to play strategically to block the runner's progress on the grid.
The event is organized into circuits. A single circuit consists of three completed loops, totaling approximately 4 miles or 5 miles depending on the specific registration. To receive a recorded time for longer distances, such as 8 miles or 12 miles, participants must complete additional full circuits. An aid station is located at the start and finish area, providing water and nutrition.
