Downtown Christmas Run - Shreveport
The Downtown Christmas Run in Shreveport is a holiday evening event with two 3.1 mile race options and a three-loop course that passes through large displays of Christmas lights, decorations, and seasonal music. Entry fees follow a tiered schedule: $25 for early registration through November 13, $30 from November 14 through November 30, $35 from December 1 through December 9, and $40 on race day. Participants may remove the race shirt option to reduce the fee by $5 at checkout.
Packet pick-up is available the week before the event at Sportspectrum and again at the race site on the day of the event. Awards are provided for overall and age-group finishers: Adult overall winners receive Sportspectrum gift certificates ($100 and $75), with age-group prizes across standard adult brackets; Kids overall winners receive $50 gift cards and awards for top two in youth age groups. Dogs are not allowed on the course.
The organizer offers refunds and transfers: full refund if cancellation is more than 30 days before the event, 50% refund if between 30 days and two weeks before, no refunds within two weeks, and transfers to another person or another same-year SRM race under the stated conditions and fees.
