Thrill on the Hill
Thrill on the Hill is a running event hosted on the Hill Top Prep campus at 737 S. Ithan Ave. It takes place on October 3, 2026 and features both a competitive race and a shorter community run. Hill Top’s driveway will be closed to traffic during the event.
The event offers these distances:
- 5K race
- 1.5 miles fun run
Online registration opens May 8, 2026. Pre-registration by September 16, 2026 guarantees a race t-shirt. The pre-registration fee is $25; registrations after September 16 incur a higher fee of $30. Online registration remains available on race day and in-person race day registration and check-in are provided.
On event day there are raffle baskets, food and drink, and an awards ceremony with raffle drawings. The course runs from the campus through the rolling hills of surrounding neighborhood streets and returns to campus.
Awards are presented to overall male and female finishers and to the top three males and females in each age group: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
