Bike: 20 km, one lap on a very flat route.
Run: 5 km, three out-and-back laps on a very flat route.

The swim is buoy-marked and each discipline is marked with distance flags. Marshals are planned to be present on course. The sprint format is given as one swim lap, one bike lap and three run laps.
