Thornbury 10k

The Thornbury 10k is a scenic running event held on rolling country lanes around Oldbury, near Bristol, offering beautiful views. The race starts near Oldbury Sailing Club and finishes at the Anchor pub. It is part of the Thornbury Running Club's 2025 Race Series, which includes two other events, encouraging participants to compete in all three for linked multi-layer wooden medals and a cumulative prize.

The course features one water station and is timed with gun-to-chip technology. The event welcomes runners aged 18 and over, including visually impaired runners with free guide entries.
