Thornbury 10k

The Thornbury 10k is a scenic running event held on rolling country lanes around Oldbury-on-Severn, South Gloucestershire, offering picturesque views. The race starts near Oldbury Sailing Club and finishes at the Anchor pub. It is part of the Thornbury Running Club's 2025 Race Series, which includes two other events, with incentives for completing all three.

The course features one water station and is timed with gun-to-chip technology. Entry is open to runners aged 18 and over, with no on-the-day registration. Participants receive a multi-layer wooden medal, and those completing the series earn a linked larger medal.
