The Wee Tri - Lochaber Leisure Centre
The Wee Tri is a sprint triathlon on Sunday 12 April 2026 at Lochaber Leisure Centre. The event combines a pool swim with a road bike leg and a run, both held along Glen Nevis and passing Ben Nevis on the bike route.
The race consists of the following legs:
- 400 m pool swim
- approximately 15 km road bike along Glen Nevis
- approximately 6 km run on Glen Nevis road and nearby forestry paths
Participants may enter solo or as a team of two to three people. Minimum age is 15 or older on the event date. Entry fees are listed as Solo £48.00 and Team £75.00. Entries open 11 November 2025 and close 8 April 2026.
There will be a staggered swim start based on estimated swim times; start groups are scheduled to be shared a day or two before the event. The transition area will be in the field adjacent to the leisure centre. Refreshments will be available after the event and some prizes will be offered.
