The VUE (Vortex Ultra Experience) takes runners to the Red Rocks of Sedona, Arizona, with five trail distances from 4 to 50 miles. The event includes a tech shirt for all and buckles for ultra finishers. Pre-race activities and a post-run gathering are also part of the weekend.

Event Information

The VUE (Vortex Ultra Experience) is a trail running event taking place on April 18, 2026, in Sedona, Arizona. The event features courses on the west side trails of Sedona, known as the Red Rocks.

Distances

Participants can choose from five distances:

50 Miler
34 Miler
21 Miler
12 Miler
4 Miler

All registered runners receive a tech shirt. Finishers of the ultra distances receive a buckle in addition to a finisher medal.

Additional Activities

A Vendor Village will be open for participants, friends, and family. An evening gathering with a fire pit will be held on Saturday night. Several pre-race activities are scheduled, including a community run on Thursday, April 16, and bib pickup plus a shakeout run and opening ceremony on Friday, April 17.
