THE_URBAN_RACE is a hybrid fitness event held at the Millennium Arena in Battersea Park, London. The competition takes place within a dedicated athletics venue featuring an eight-lane 400m track and a covered grandstand with views of the Battersea Power Station.

The race utilizes a structured format consisting of 4 km of total running interspersed with functional fitness stations. Participants complete eight separate 500m runs, with a specific workout following each segment. The functional stations include:

  • 500m SkiErg
  • 25m Sled Push
  • 25m Sled Pull
  • 40m Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 500m Row
  • 100m Farmer’s Carry
  • 50m Walking Lunges
  • 50 Wall Ball reps
