The Tom Donnelly Hall of Fame 5k
The Tom Donnelly Hall of Fame 5k is a Labor Day weekend tradition held in Buffalo, New York. The event takes place on a Friday evening at Elmwood Avenue and Bidwell Parkway. The race serves as a celebration to welcome the Western New York Running Hall of Fame Class of 2026, honoring a long-standing local ambassador of the sport.

The course is designed to be conducive to achieving personal records. In addition to the race, the evening includes a social gathering on the Parkway featuring music, food, and beverages. Registrants have the option to participate in two-person teams.
A premium item is available for early participants; the first 300 registered runners receive a men's or women's technical shirt. The student-specific 5k category is open to individuals aged 18 and under and does not include a shirt. Packet pickup and awards are organized as part of the event proceedings.
