The Tech Race 5K
The Tech Race 5K is scheduled for August 9, 2026 at Lee + White, 1010 White Street SW, Atlanta GA 30310, across from Wild Heaven Brewery. The event covers a 3.1 mile course that begins on White Street, joins the Beltline for an out and back, crosses White Street on the Lawton Street bridge, and finishes on a new section of the Beltline behind Wild Heaven Brewery.
The course is USATF certified and finish times will be eligible for placement consideration in the 2027 Peachtree Road Race. All finishers receive a custom The Tech Race finisher medal. Age group awards are presented to the top male and top female finishers by net chip time in these categories: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over. Overall winners are not eligible for age group awards.
Registration pricing includes an early bird tier at forty dollars and higher tiers leading to race day pricing. The official event t shirt is included for participants who register by July 28; participants who register July 29 and later are not guaranteed a shirt. Parking is available at the start line at Lee + White with the first two hours free. West End MARTA Station is nearby and rideshare from the station is recommended. Strollers, dogs and scooters are not permitted on the course. Real restrooms are available onsite. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
