The Summer Ready Run takes place on 5 July 2026 at Ferry Meadows, Ham Lane, Peterborough, PE2 5UU. The event is offered as a timed challenge in either a six-hour or four-hour format. Entry fees range from £33 to £38. The event is open to entrants aged 18 and over and has a maximum of 300 entrants. Entries close on 04/07/2026. Course and logistics
The event uses a multi-terrain lap of 5.3k through forest, with gravel footpaths and some grass areas. The course is described as undulating trail. The Race HQ and the lap point include a water and aid station; there is an aid station every lap. The event does not require navigation or mandatory kit. Baggage storage is available but left at the owner’s risk. Parking at Ferry Meadows is chargeable. The event is cupless, so participants should bring their own bottles or cups for refilling. Standard lap counts are given for distance targets (for example a heavy half marathon is listed as 5 laps and an ultra as 9 laps) with options to increase laps within the event time limits.
