The Sink or Swim @ Caesar Creek is a trail race day at Caesar Creek State Park Campground in Waynesville, Ohio. The program on April 25, 2026 includes multiple event options: 1/2 Marathon, 10K, 5K, 20K Relay, 6 Hours of Power, and a 2026 Pack Pass that covers all 2026 events.
