Course and logistics

The route crosses Telford and passes the Gorge. Runners start on the south side of Telford by the River Severn, go to the northern side at Bratton, then return through Telford before heading west toward Coalbrookdale and Ironbridge. Aid stations are placed at about 6 miles, 13.1 miles and 20 miles and provide drinks and food. Course marking includes a map, GPX file, chalk arrows and council way markers.
