The Silkin Way Ultra (and half)
The Silkin Way Ultra is scheduled for Saturday 27 March 2027 and is the 11th running of the event. Race headquarters are at The Unicorn Inn, Holly Road, Little Dawley, Telford TF4 3HZ. The event is organised by How Hard Can It Be Events.

The route starts from the south side of Telford by the River Severn and travels north to Bratton. After a refuelling stop in Bratton, runners return through Telford then head west toward Coalbrookdale and Ironbridge, taking in the Gorge section along the way. The race was originally held to coincide with the 50th birthday of the Silkin Way.
Aid stations are located at 6 miles, 13.1 miles and 20 miles and provide drinks and food. The course is marked with a map, a GPX file, chalk arrows and council way markers. Entry fees are listed between £37 and £48 and multiple ticket types are available.
