Staffs Knot 5 Miler and Fun Run
The Staffs Knot 5 Miler and Fun Run takes place on 15 Jul 2026 at Cannock Chase Visitors Centre, Marquis Drive, Hednesford, postcode WS12 4PW. The event includes a main race and a separate fun run. The race licence number is listed as TBC.

The event is part of the NSRRA programme of league races. Finishers of the main race receive a bespoke race memento. The fun run awards medals to all participants and offers prizes for first, second and third in the U15 boys and U15 girls categories. The main race includes individual, team and age category prizes, with trophies for the first U19 male and the first U19 female. There are prizes for beating the course record, kindly sponsored by JC Race Timing; the course was modified in 2025 which reset the course record and the record prize has been set at £100 for 2026.
Entry and logistics information notes that race numbers and timing chips are issued at registration. The main race minimum age is 15 on race day. The fun run has no minimum age but children under 8 must be accompanied on the run in line with UKA guidelines. There are no changing facilities on site.
