The Reservoir Run is scheduled for October 25, 2026 at Weston High School in Weston, Connecticut. The event program includes a half marathon, a 5K road race, and kids fun runs with a family stroll on the school track.

The Half Marathon course includes a sustained uphill between miles 11 and 12 that is referred to as "Inspiration Hill" and will have musical encouragement from the Weston High School Band. Other portions of the half course are described as flat, rolling, scenic, and fast. The 5K course runs around central Weston, consists of right turns, includes several hills and a long flat middle mile. The kids and family events take place on the school track adjacent to the other courses, include varying distances by age, feature warm-up activities, and are non-competitive. Safety is stated as a priority for young participants. Kids receive t-shirts, bibs, and swag.
Awards are given to overall male and female top three finishers in the half and the 5K; the half also awards three-deep in 10-year age groups for ages 14 and older. Entry fees and registration periods differ by race. The half marathon proceeds benefit the Child & Family Guidance Center and the Kiwanis Club of Weston Foundation; 5K proceeds benefit the Weston High School Boosters Club. A promotional prize offers a chance to win roundtrip tickets from JetBlue for registered 5K or half marathon entrants. This is the 15th annual running of the Reservoir Run.
