Event Overview
The Rebel 5K Brew Run is a fundraising running and walking event on April 11, 2026. The main activity is a 5K (3.1 mile) route that goes through a quiet neighborhood.
Event Structure
The event includes separate participation categories:
- Rebel 5k Brew Run/Walk & Post Race Party 21+ - For participants aged 21 to 99.
- Rebel 5k Brew Run/Walk & Post Race Party UNDER 21 - For participants aged 1 to 20.
- Rebel 5K POST PARTY ONLY - For ages 12 and up; children under 12 can attend the post-party for free.
- St. Francis Xavier Students ONLY - Race and Party - For students aged 3 to 14.
Post-Race Festivities
Registration for the run/walk includes entry to a post-race party. The party features music and free samples of beer, wine, cider, and food from several local vendors. These include A&M Winery, Sakonnet Vineyards, Red Hand Brewery, Moby Dick Brewery, Citizen Cider, Sip Happens Tours, Off The Boulevard, and Whaler's Tavern. Tickets for the post-party are also sold separately for non-participants.
Venue and Logistics
The event starts and finishes at St. Francis Xavier School on 223 Main Street in Acushnet, Massachusetts. Parking at the school is limited. Overflow parking is available at Pope Park and St. Francis Xavier Church on 125 Main Street, with a free shuttle service to the starting line.
