Event overview
The Race 2026 is a multi-day running weekend in East Point, Georgia (2323 Sylvan Road, 30344). The weekend runs from October 1 to October 4, 2026 and includes in-person and virtual race options. In-person road races offered are a half marathon and a 5K. Virtual options are available for both distances. The in-person half marathon and 5K are chipped timed road races. The weekend also features an expo, social and speaker events, and a Community Impact Service Day on Sunday, October 4.

Registration and logistics
Registration follows a tiered pricing schedule that changes across dates; virtual pricing is listed separately. Virtual registration includes packet shipping and access to virtual results reporting. All registrations are transferable but non-refundable. Packet pick up is at The Race Expo on Friday, October 2; unclaimed packets are forfeited. The deadline to transfer an in-person entry to virtual is September 30, 2026.
Charitable impact and extras
The Race Foundation collects charitable contributions from registrations. The event allocates $5 of every registration fee to a Charitable Impact Fund for local charities and community projects. The weekend includes organized service projects and an expo featuring small and Black-owned businesses. An optional Race Retreat experience is offered as an add-on.
