The Potato Run 10K
The Potato Run is a 10 km road race in Greece held the Sunday before Labor Day. It is listed as Race 2 of the West of the River Series, a sequence that also includes the June Jaunt 5K and the Barbecue Bash Quarters events.
Registration for the event is handled through RunSignUp. Members of clubs that use RunSignUp for membership may receive an automatic discount at checkout for eligible registrations. Teams are offered for some events, and series entries allow participants to select one, some, or all races within the series.
The race fee includes themed race food and an amenity kit. Participants can also earn extras through community activities such as points posts in the Obatron Fitness Conversation Space Facebook group and other avenues. Points may convert into guaranteed goodies, chances to win premier tier prizes from organizers and sponsors, or raffle tickets for random prizes.
