The Pink Dress Run
The Pink Dress Run takes place on October 24, 2026, in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. The official race and walk route begins and concludes at World's Fair Park, 963 Worlds Fair Park Dr, Knoxville, TN 37916. The event features a professionally timed and competitive 5K for runners and walkers.
Presented by Men Wear Pink of the American Cancer Society, all proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society to support breast cancer research, patient services, education, early detection, and advocacy. Registration opens May 22, 2026, and closes May 25, 2026. The listed registration fee is $25.00.
Participants are encouraged to wear pink attire. Examples provided include a pink tutu, a flared vintage dress, a glamorous prom gown, or other creative pink outfits. Event elements include finisher medals, overall race awards, age group recognition, a "Who Wore It Best?" Pink Dress Competition, music and entertainment, photo opportunities, and post race celebration activities.
Organizers are working through approval processes to include beer and margaritas on site as part of the post race celebration and plan to feature a live band at the conclusion of the race.
