Event Overview

The Perfect 10 takes place at Mt. Brilliant Farm in northern Fayette County, Lexington, KY. The event is a fundraiser, with all proceeds benefiting Surgery on Sunday, Inc., a nonprofit that provides free outpatient surgeries to eligible individuals.

Course and Event Details

The 10 Mile and 10K races are run entirely on paved surfaces through the historic Mt. Brilliant Farm. The 5K is available for those preferring a shorter distance. All events are chip-timed. The course must be clear by 11:30 AM.

Rules and Amenities

Animals are not allowed on the working horse farm. Walkers are welcome in the 10K and 5K events. A pace limit of 15 minutes per mile applies to the 10 Miler. Water is available at hydration stations along the courses. All registrants receive a long-sleeved performance race shirt.
