About the race
Endurancelife Gower is a coastal trail-running event on the Gower Peninsula, centered on Oxwich Bay in Wales. It offers four distances: 10K (6.8 miles), Half Marathon (14.3 miles), Marathon (27.4 miles), and Ultra (34.2 miles). The route traverses strenuous terrain—cliff tops, downs, woodlands, sand dunes and world-famous beaches—with ascent up to about 3,874 feet.
Set in Britain’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the course is fully marked and timed, emphasizing a rugged, natural atmosphere.
