IRONMAN Wales is an IRONMAN-distance triathlon held in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, United Kingdom. The event features an ocean swim on Tenby’s North Beach at sunrise, a bike course that runs along the Pembrokeshire coastline and scenic countryside, and a town-centre run with large spectator support.
