The Original Bare Buns Fun Run - Loon Lake, WA
Held July 26, 2026 at Kaniksu Ranch Family Nudist Park in Loon Lake, Washington, the Original Bare Buns Fun Run is a clothing optional 5k that can be run or walked. The course is an out-and-back on a pressed gravel and dirt road and features a slight uphill on the return. The event is part of the Buns Across the Border series.
Team entry carries no additional charge and team sign up is handled onsite; all team members must be individually registered. Camping options are available, including tent and RV spaces and multi-day packages. Meals are served beginning Friday evening and the weekend includes organized activities and entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. A Hasher Run takes place Saturday afternoon.
On-site facilities include a pool, swim spa, bocce ball, pickleball and horseshoe courts, outdoor and indoor showers, bathrooms and a sauna. The event organizes more than 15 age groups, ranging from 5 and under to 80 and over. Awards include medals for the top three overall male and female finishers, medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age group, and ribbons for participants aged 5 and under.
