One on the River - Marlow
One on the River - Marlow is a multisport event held at Higginson Park beside the River Thames in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The programme brings together triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon and standalone open water swims. Courses combine an open water River Thames swim, cycling through the surrounding countryside and running around Marlow.

All courses are fully marked and marshalled and the event uses chip timing. Finishers receive a finisher's medal. Medical support and event photography are provided. The event village at Higginson Park includes registration, food and refreshments and portable toilets. Water is available at the start, finish and on the run route, with a self service refill point on the bike course.
Race packs are collected at the Registration Tent on race morning; nothing is sent by post. The transition area requires display of event number and bike sticker. There is no bag drop. Spectators are welcome around the start and finish. Headphones are prohibited and the event is not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. Where applicable participants must meet British Triathlon membership or race licence requirements. Final route information and race instructions are sent to registered participants.
