The Donut Dash Event

Saturn Running's "The Donut Dash" is a 7-hour timed running event taking place in Staines-upon-Thames. Participants can choose their own distance within a set lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles (approximately 7 km). The minimum distance to be an official finisher is 3 km.

Participants receive a themed medal upon finishing at least 3 km. Distance pins for achievements like a half-marathon, marathon, 50km, or ultra are also awarded. All finishers receive a goody bag, with a vegan option available. An aid station offers food and drinks.

The course follows a beautiful stretch of the River Thames, is fully signed, and uses mainly well-made paths and tarmac with a short grass section. Road shoes are suitable. The event starts and finishes at The Last Hop, which has toilet facilities available from 8am. There is no secure bag storage. Car parking is available at Bridge Street Car Park (TW18 4TP). Headphones are permitted.
