The One on the River - Henley
The One on the River - Henley is a multisport festival held in the Thames Valley at Henley Showground and routes through the Culden Faw Estate and surrounding roads and trails. The event on 20 September 2026 offers triathlon, aquabike and open water swim options that use the River Thames for the swim legs.
Distances include:
- Triathlon: Middle, Standard, Sprint
- Aquabike: Middle, Standard, Sprint
- Swim: 3000 m, 1500 m, 750 m
Triathlon swim distances are separated by race category; bike and run distances vary by category. Routes are waymarked and marshalled, and competitors complete a number of laps according to their selected distance. Interactive route maps are provided by the organiser.
Entries include a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. The event provides medical cover and on-site catering, portable toilets in the event village, and a water station on the run and on the bike route for refilling bottles. There are no dedicated changing rooms or bag drop facilities listed. Photography is expected to be available shortly after the event.
Participants who are not annual British Triathlon members and who live in the UK must purchase a Race Pass for the permitted event. The organiser plants a tree for every entry.
