The One on the River - Henley
The One on the River - Henley is a multisport event held in the Thames Valley at Henley Showground and across routes that run through the Culden Faw Estate. The event takes place on 20 September 2026 and features swim, bike and run legs using the River Thames for the swim and local roads and trails for the bike and run.
Race options include triathlons, aquabikes and open water swims. Distances published for the event include:
- Triathlon and Aquabike: Middle, Standard, Sprint categories.
- Open water swims: 3000 m, 1500 m, 750 m.
Entry benefits and on-course services are specified: entries include a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. Race packs with timing chips, bib numbers, bike and helmet stickers and swim hats are available for collection on the event day from the registration tent between the river and transition. Courses are waymarked and marshalled, with water stations at the start and finish, a water station on the run route and a self-service water point on the bike course.
Facilities in the event village include portable toilets and catering. Medical cover is provided. There is no bag drop and no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Spectators are permitted in the start-finish area. Personal dogs are not permitted except approved medical assistance dogs. Headphones are prohibited. A tree is planted for every entry.
