Entry fees and age limits are listed per distance: the half marathon and 10mile have an age minimum of 16, and the 10k has an age minimum of 15. Medical cover is provided. A bag drop is available and requires attaching the tear-off strip from the race number to items left. Toilets are provided near the start and finish; there are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Water is available on the route at the lap point. Event photography is expected, usually within 24 hours.
Spectators are permitted around the route and start/finish area. Personal dogs are not allowed except registered medical assistance dogs with prior approval. The event is described as suitable for wheelchair users and for participants using buggies or pushchairs, with prior contact requested for specialised equipment. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited; other earphones should allow officials to be heard. Race deferrals are allowed before registration closes, subject to an admin fee.
