The One in the Park - Regent's Park 10k
The One in the Park is a measured 10k road race held entirely within Regent's Park in London. The course uses tarmac pathways and comprises three laps that pass London Zoo and the boating lake. The route is marshalled and signed with arrows and kilometre markers.
Entries are offered by OneRace Events with an entry fee of £26 for individual runners aged 15 and over. Race entries include chip timing, a finisher medal, and refreshments. Participants should not expect to receive race materials by post; race pack collection is available at the event village and on-day registration may be possible.
Event facilities include medical cover, a bag drop with a tear-off tag system, and on-course photography that is normally available within 24 hours. Park toilets on The Broad Walk are available during the event with a 20p contactless payment charge. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. A water station is provided each lap and water is served in cups.
The event notes accessibility and equipment policies: buggies and wheelchair users can be accommodated but organisers request advance contact to confirm requirements. Personal dogs are not permitted except registered assistance dogs with prior approval. Noise cancelling earphones are prohibited and other earphones should be used at low volume so officials can be heard. The organiser plants one tree for every participant.
