The One in the Park - Regent's
The event takes place on August 16, 2026 in Regent's Park, London. It offers measured 5k and 10k routes run wholly within the park on tarmac pathways and attracts a range of participants.

- 10k for ages 15 and over
- 5k for ages 11 and over
The course is one lap for the 5k and two laps for the 10k. The route is marshalled and signed with arrows and kilometre markers. There is a water station on each lap; water is served in cups.
Entry for individuals is priced at £26 and includes a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. Race pack collection is available from 08:00 at the event village Registration Tent; participants should not expect race items by mail. Registration on the day might be available.
Event facilities and services include medical cover, a bag drop with a tear-off strip on the race number, event photography expected within 24 hours, and park toilets on The Broad Walk that accept contactless payment at a 20p charge. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers.
Spectators are permitted around the start, finish and route. Privately owned dogs are not permitted except registered medical assistance dogs with prior approval. Buggies pushchairs strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated but organisers request contact before entering if specialised equipment is needed. Noise cancelling earphones are prohibited and other earphone use should allow officials to be heard. Race deferrals are allowed until registration closes and an administrative fee applies.
