The One in the Park - Regent's
The event is a measured 5k and 10k run held within Regent's Park in London. The course uses tarmac pathways inside the park, is marshalled, and is signed with arrows and kilometre markers. Water is available each lap in cups. Chip timing, a finisher medal, and refreshments are included with entry.
The event village is located just inside Chester Gate on Chester Road near The Broad Walk Cafe. Race numbers and race packs are issued from the registration tent at the event village; participants should not expect to receive anything by post. On-the-day registration may be available.

Facilities and policies include suitable medical cover, a bag drop with a tear-off tag on the race number, and event photography usually available within 24 hours. Park toilets on The Broad Walk accept contactless payment and charge 20p. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. The event is suitable for buggies, pushchairs, strollers, and wheelchair users, with prior contact requested for specialised equipment. Personal dogs are not permitted except registered medical assistance dogs subject to prior approval. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited; other earphones should allow instructions from officials to be heard. Race deferrals are allowed until registration closes and an administration fee applies.
