The event is a measured 10k held within Regent's Park in London on July 5, 2026. The course is wholly inside the park and is run over three laps on tarmac pathways.

The route is marshalled and marked with arrows and kilometre markers. There is a water station on each lap; water is provided in cups. Race timing uses chip timing and finishers receive a medal. Photography is expected to be available, usually within 24 hours of the event.
Facilities at the event village include medical cover and a bag drop. Park toilets on The Broad Walk are available with a 20p contactless charge. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers.
Entry details note an individual price of £26 and a minimum age of 15. Race pack collection is at the event village and participants should not expect to receive items by post. Registration on the day might be available. Race deferrals are permitted until registration closes and an administration fee applies.
Spectators are permitted in the start and finish areas and around the route. Participants must not be accompanied by personal dogs; registered medical assistance dogs may be accepted with prior approval. The event is suitable for participants using buggies or wheelchairs but organisers ask those with specialised equipment to make contact beforehand.
