Course and race logistics
The course is an accurately measured 10k route run wholly within Regent's Park. The surface is tarmac pathway and the 10k is made up of three laps. The route is marshalled and signed with arrows and kilometre markers. Race numbers can be collected at the event village from 08:00; participants should not expect to receive race items by mail and on-the-day registration may be available. A pre-race information email is sent to registered participants one week before the event.
Facilities and rules
Entries include a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. Medical cover is provided. A bag drop is available; the tear-off strip on the race number should be attached to items left. Event images are expected to be available, usually within 24 hours. Park toilets on The Broad Walk will be available for a 20p contactless charge. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. A water station is passed each lap with water served in cups. Dogs are not permitted except registered medical assistance dogs with prior approval. The event is suitable for wheelchair users and for participants using buggies, pushchairs or strollers, subject to prior contact to confirm arrangements. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited.
