Event facilities include medical cover, a bag drop, event photography (usually available within 24 hours), and park toilets on The Broad Walk that accept contactless payment for a 20p charge. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. The event village is located just inside Chester Gate on Chester Road, Cumberland Green adjacent to The Broad Walk Cafe, NW1 4N. Spectators are permitted around the route. Privately owned dogs are not allowed, with an exception for registered medical assistance dogs subject to prior approval. Buggies, pushchairs and wheelchairs are permitted; organisers ask participants with specialised equipment to contact them beforehand.
