The One in the Park - Regent's is a measured 10k race held within Regent's Park in London on July 5, 2026. The course is entirely inside the park, runs on tarmac pathways and consists of three laps. The route is marshalled, signed with arrows and marked by kilometre markers.

Entries include chip timing, a finisher medal and refreshments. The event lists a race fee of £26 for individual entries from age 15 and over. Race numbers can be collected at the event village registration tent and participants should not expect to receive race materials by mail. Spectators are permitted around the start, finish area and route. Personal dogs are not allowed except preapproved registered medical assistance dogs. The event is suitable for buggies, pushchairs, strollers and wheelchair users though organisers ask to be contacted about specialised equipment. Noise cancelling earphones are prohibited and other earphones should be used at low volume so officials can be heard.
