The One in the Park - Hyde Park (13 September 2026)
The event takes place at Hyde Park Bandstand in Hyde Park, London, postcode W2 2UH. It offers two measured distances on traffic free park paths and follows routes alongside monuments, statues and memorials, passing the Serpentine Lake, rose gardens, meadows and areas with wildfowl.
- 10k : two loops of the 5 km course.
- 5k : one loop of the course.
The course is described as flat and traffic free. Entrants receive a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing as part of their entry. The organiser plants a tree for every participant. The published entry fee is £26 for both listed distances.
Facilities include suitable medical cover, a bag drop (items should have the tear off strip attached), and toilets near the start and finish area with a Royal Parks charge of 20p per use. Water is provided on the route at the lap point. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Event photography is expected to be available, usually within 24 hours.
Spectators are permitted in the start and finish area and around the route. Personal dogs are not allowed except registered and approved medical assistance dogs. The event is described as suitable for buggy users and wheelchair users, with advance contact advised for specialised equipment. Noise cancelling earphones are prohibited and other earphones should be kept at a low volume.
