The Old Six Day is a multi-day track ultramarathon held at Cooper River Park - Jack Curtis Stadium in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Events offered include:

Course, format and services
The race uses a five-lane rubber track with an official lap length of 399.519 m. The course is USATF Certified (Course #NJ24039JLW) and carries a USATF sanction (#156435); it is also designated an IAU Bronze Label event. Timing is electronic with chips on the bib and on shoes. Only full laps count and race direction changes every six hours. A pit area is provided for gear and rest; no tents larger than 10x10, no tent stakes, and no alcohol are allowed in the event area. One main aid station operates throughout the event with standard foods and multiple vegan options. The event is cupless except for a limited supply of hot drink cups; participants should bring a reusable cup, bladder, or bottle. Catered dinners and lunches are provided after the first day of each entrant’s event, with dinner on night one and lunch and dinner on subsequent days. Facilities include indoor bathrooms, portable toilets, and a planned shower trailer; there will be a large tent pavilion around the aid station.
Awards, swag and policies
12-hour entrants receive a t-shirt, medal, and mug. Multi-day entrants receive a jacket, t-shirt, medal, and mug. Runners who reach 100 miles receive a buckle; milestone awards will be given for distances such as 200, 300, and 400 miles. Top three female and male finishers are awarded for each event. A 24 Hour Invitational is available for athletes seeking national team qualification; applicants may be approved to run in that field or refunded if not accepted. The event does not offer refunds, deferrals, or transfers; if the event is canceled, entries are deferred to the following year at no cost.
