Event overview
The Norfolk Marathon & Half Marathon takes place in Cromer on 19/04/2026. The event includes two distances:
- Full Marathon - 26.2 miles
- Half Marathon
Both races start and finish in the same location. The full marathon is a road race that follows a coastal countryside route. The event is organised by EPIC Norfolk and is held under UK Athletics rules. Licence numbers are provided for each race.
Entries and race information
Entry options include affiliated and unaffiliated places, with fees listed plus a booking fee. Charity entries are available with a fundraising requirement of a minimum £250; if the fundraising target is met via an official page, the entry fee is refunded. Entries include chip-timing and a bespoke finishers medal. Race t-shirts are available as an optional add-on for £15 in unisex sizes XS to XXXL. Race numbers can be posted for an additional small fee or collected on the day; charity entries have free postage. Minimum ages are 18 for the full marathon and 17 for the half marathon. Cut-off times are 6 hours for the full marathon and 4 hours for the half marathon. Profits will be reinvested into local sport and physical activity. A 16-week marathon training plan is offered for full marathon entrants for a fee, and participants may opt to donate an extra £5 to support dementia-related physical activity programs.
