The Norfolk Marathon and Half Marathon
The Norfolk Marathon and Half Marathon is a road race organised by EPIC Norfolk that starts and finishes in Cromer. The event includes two distances:
- Full Marathon (42.195 km)
- Half Marathon (21.0975 km)
Entry categories include affiliated and unaffiliated places, each listed with an entry fee plus a booking fee. Charity entries are available: entrants who choose a charity partner must raise at least £250 through an official fundraising page to receive a refund of their entry fee. If a charity entry does not reach the fundraising minimum the entry will be removed and the runner cannot take part. Choosing a charity partner allows EPIC Norfolk to share the entrant's contact details with that charity for fundraising support. If a charity entrant cannot participate, any funds raised go to the charity and cannot be deferred to another event.
Race extras and logistics noted by the organiser include an optional official race T-shirt available as an add-on for £17.50 with multiple men's and women's sizes listed, and an option to have race numbers posted for an additional £2 or to collect them on race morning. Transfers to another runner are permitted before the transfer deadline, which is two weeks before race day. Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred.
