There are age requirements: entrants must be at least 18 for the marathon and 17 for the half marathon. Cut-off times are 6 hours for the marathon and 4 hours for the half marathon.

Charity and Community

Participants can enter as charity runners by committing to fundraise a minimum of £250 for a listed partner organization. Profits from the race are reinvested into local sport and physical activity, such as exercise therapy for older adults and people living with dementia.
