The Mystery Race - November 22, 2026
The Mystery Race is an out-and-back road event held at Lamasco Park in Evansville, Indiana, with the entire route run on the Greenway Passage. Organizers do not disclose the exact distance for each event; participants are encouraged to leave GPS watches and phones in their cars during the race.
Two concealed-distance options are offered:
- 3K to 5K option where exact distance is not disclosed
- 6K to 8K option where exact distance is not disclosed
Registration fees vary by date: $30 until August 15; $35 until November 15; $40 until race day. A medal-only option is available with a $5 deduction. A processing fee is added at checkout. A group discount is available for registrant groups of four or more; contact information is provided by the organizer. All sales are final. The optional race shirt is guaranteed for registrants through August 28; additional shirts may be available afterward in limited numbers. A custom die-cast finisher medal is provided to those who complete the race.
Awards include overall winners and runner-ups for each event, top three male and top three female per distance, and age-group awards for 13 & under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+. Timing is provided by To the Finish Timing. The event proceeds in rain or shine and may be delayed if threatening weather is in the area.
