The event The Muddy Waters 5k: A Spirits Run at Fat Tommy’s is scheduled for March 28, 2026, in Midlothian, Illinois. The start and finish location is at 4901 Cal Sag Road, Midlothian, IL 60418. It is described as a blues-themed 5K run. The course is a runner-friendly 5K route starting and finishing at Fat Tommy’s in Crestwood.

It includes a turnaround point at Restvale Cemetery. The event features checkpoints with optional tasks and a mini scavenger challenge woven into the course. Registered participants receive food with registration, served by Fat Tommy’s. Spectators and non-participants can purchase food on-site.
