The Mommy Dash 5K

The Mommy Dash 5K is a community running event that supports the Terry D'Amato Scholarship Fund. It takes place on the Dutchess County Rail Trail in Wappingers Falls, New York.

The event features three options:

5K Run/Walk: A 5K (3.1 mile) timed race.
Kid Fun Run: A half-mile run for children.
Virtual 5K: A remote participation option.

A portion of the event's proceeds is donated to the scholarship fund. Professional timing is provided for the main race. Prizes are awarded for the top three overall male and female finishers (aged 13 and up), as well as for age group winners. All children who complete the fun run receive a treat at the finish line.
