The Mayor’s Lucky Charm 5K
The Mayor’s Lucky Charm 5K is scheduled for March 15, 2026, at Patriots Glen National Golf Club in Elkton, Maryland. The event features a main 5K run/walk and a separate competitive walking 5K category that requires participants to walk the entire course; running or jogging is not allowed in that category.

The listed registration fee is $45.08. T-shirts are guaranteed for those who register before March 1; day-of T-shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. An after party will take place in the clubhouse tavern and will include breakfast, beer, and event swag.
Timing is provided by R2R Timing using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System. Top finisher awards for overall and masters are scored by gun time; other age-group awards use chip (net) time. Medals are planned for top age-group finishers and for top walkers. Results will be posted online during the event and finalized after completion. A course map and event policies note that dogs are not allowed due to insurance liability, bibs are non-transferable, and registrations are non-refundable.
