Course and format
The course is a 5 km loop run on paths. Laps are run clockwise and anticlockwise on alternate laps. Participants choose whether to complete multiple laps; completing a marathon distance is optional. The course is described as flat and multi-terrain and organizers note it should not be muddy.
Facilities and rules
Race numbers are collected at registration on the day. The clubhouse will provide refreshments, cake and food, plus an aid station, toilets and showers. Transfers and deferrals are permitted online only up to seven days before the event. Organizers request participants begin their final lap with enough time for the clubhouse to still be open when they finish. Everyone taking part will receive a memento.
