The Mammoth - Glen Rose
The Mammoth Trail Run takes place at High Hope Ranch near Glen Rose, Texas on October 10 and 11, 2026. The event comprises multiple trail distances held on ranch land that the organizer describes as roughly one thousand acres of Texas Hill Country.

- 100K Ultra Trail Run
- 50K Trail Run
- 25K Trail Run
- 10K Trail Run
- 5K Trail Run
- 1K The Mighty Mammoth Fun Run for children
The course includes sections with steep inclines and declines; the organizer advises trail shoes with strong traction. The event operates cupless aid stations, so participants must bring their own hydration vessels. The route features provisions along the course and on-site support. Pets are not allowed on the course. Events run rain or shine.
Finishers receive an official race shirt and a finisher medal; 100K finishers receive an additional finisher buckle. No age-group awards are given. Primitive camping and boondocking are available on site for a fee of $10 per person, maximum six people per site. Local lodging options are noted in town, including a named hotel.
