Event overview
The Mammoth at High Hope is a multi-distance trail running event held 10-11 October 2026 in Glen Rose, TX at High Hope Ranch and Retreat Center. The event offers multiple race categories and a one-kilometre fun run for children. The 100K race has a 26-hour cut-off. The Mighty Mammoth 1K Fun Run is non-chip timed and open to ages 1 to 11. All participants receive an official race shirt and a finisher's medal; 100K finishers receive finisher buckles. There are no place finisher awards.

Course and race logistics
The course is formed from two loops: a 3.5-mile loop and a 7-mile loop, which combine to a 10.5-mile lap. The starting line and main race hub are at the ranch main lodge. Two aid stations are on course: the main lodge and Matazamo ranch house, approximately 3.5 miles apart. Course maps are available on the race website.
Packet pick-up is on race day at the site. Parking and entrance are included in the registration price. Overnight tent camping and boondocking sites are available with no hook-ups; camping costs $10 per person, maximum six people per site, payable at the gate.
Pets are not allowed. The event is labeled enviro-friendly and asks participants to bring their own bottles. The event is scheduled to run rain or shine; courses or the event may be altered, delayed, or canceled for safety. Transfers between people, categories, or Mammoth events are allowed; entry fees are non-refundable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
