The Maer 10km & Half Marathon
The event takes place in Exmouth on 26 April 2026 and is organised by LMEvents. It is in its seventh year. Both races follow the same outward course and split after 5 km. The event is chip timed and offers an optional finisher medal; a "No Medal" entry is a lower-cost option. The event closing date is 22 April 2026 (or sooner if entries fill). Some on-the-day entries are usually available. Entry prices listed range from £21.00 to £34.00.

Course and entry details
The 10 km route starts on Exmouth seafront, runs through the town, then joins the coast path to rejoin the half route and returns along the coastal path past the Geoneedle to the finish. The half marathon follows a disused trainline out to Budleigh, then climbs almost 1000 ft on the coastal path before returning to the finish in Exmouth. Runners must reach the 5 km split within a 36 minute cut-off (an 8 min/km pace); marshals will direct runners who do not meet this to the 10 km route.
